Learn the ancient Indian art of mudgar (yogic mace) — build strength, mobility, and rotational power. Bundled with the in-studio Residential YTT.
The mudgar (yogic mace) is one of the oldest strength tools in India — used for centuries by wrestlers and yogis to build whole-body strength and rotational mobility.
Our Teacher Training certifies you to safely coach mudgar flows of varying weights, paired with yogic breath and movement principles. Available as a stand-alone studio module or bundled with the Residential 21-day YTT in Bangalore.
Graduates can teach group mudgar sessions, integrate mace work into existing yoga or fitness classes, or coach 1:1 clients.
